Hansgrohe 4231000 S Thermostatic Trim with Volume Control and Diverter, Chrome. I opened the box to make sure all parts were present.

One of the chrome trim pieces has a small scrape next to the top opening. Ive tried to include an accurate picture but its so small the camera cant pick it up accurately. From everything I can tell the two outlets are the two holes in the single piece of trim. The diverter is built for that trim. During this second inspection I did notice a flaw I didnt notice the first time.

On both diverters there is a plastic grey piece. The second one has one of four prongs missing. I will include pictures because I dont know what it is called.
